Hi! Used to visit this site a fair bit a few years ago, until a distasterous attempt at coming out to my parents happened. Tried to forget about the possibility of transitioning and just muddle through, but it wasn't going to happen.
Made some big steps in the last couple of months. Legal name change, hair cut, started binding and I've once again told my very unsupportive parents, but this time it's different. I have a big support network and I'm no longer financially dependent on them. I'm on the waiting list for a gender clinic, and can't wait to start HRT.
It's nice to be back in such a lovely community.
