Hi all,

This might already be out there in the forums somewhere so please feel free to redirect me (and this post)

I've seem some stuff out there re: natural transitioning and was wondering if anyone here had any experience with it? Would love to hear what y'all have to say.

Thanks!

If you are talking supplements or such, my advice is don't do it. You will liekly get little or no results for the large amount of money you spend. You would be far better off saving it for HRT.

I'm a supplements girl, they work great for me.  If you're referring to the copyrighted Natural Transition program, there are some rules about that, and regular supplements here: https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,145429.0.html

Thanks to both of you!

I've not started anything yet. Just doing some research and opinion gathering.

I am finding that I'm already taking a few things that are regularly suggested such as garlic, zinc, D, dandelion and turmeric. I started using this mixture some time ago, maybe a year or so, for immune boosting and have noticed some changes to my face and hair.

I was already working with slightly lower Estrogen levels though so maybe I already had the upper hand. Or -alternately- the suppements have done nothing at all and I am just lucky.
