Your before and after pictures may be the most dramatic change I have ever seen. Hard to believe they are the same person.  You look beautiful.  Dr Z did great.

Well I have nice hair and it was past my shoulders barely but I did extensions when I went full time and added length as it grows..
Do love it.. My natural hair is the same.. kind of curly and I have a lot of hair.. more than most women.

Gosh Girls thanks so much for all the compliments. 
I do however get more comfort just living female than anything else.  I have been healed... I feel normal now.
Its refreshing to have nothing to hide from the world.
