My T levels were super high (above the max for the average male) so my doctor cut my dose. I did the first shot of the new dose on Monday and Tuesday I started getting headaches. Then the next couple days I've had really bad cold and hot flashes, night sweats, and body aches. I thought I was sick but I have no other symptoms. I have been monitoring my temperature and haven't spiked a fever at all. I have no other signs of sickness.

My only thought is it could be T withdrawal and my body adjusting to the huge drop in T. I've been trying to call my doctor about it but she hasn't gotten back to me yet. Has anyone else had to deal with anything like this before? I can't find much online about it.

Tysilio

I'm not sure it makes sense that you'd get withdrawal symptoms so soon after injecting, since your level at that point would still be somewhat higher than it was before you injected. It sounds to me like it might be some sort of virus. But the timing is odd, and I agree that this is definitely something your doc needs to know about.

I hope you get it sorted out fast -- doesn't sound fun at all.

Edited your post to remove dosing information. We don't want to aid anyone in self-medicating.

I'm going to agree with Tysilio. I switched from gel to injections, so instead of the daily stable level I'm used to, I'm now on a cycle. I haven't had any withdrawal or symptoms of coming down at the end of the cycle like I thought I would. No real negative changes at all, in fact.

Maybe the change in medication left your body more susceptible to getting sick?
