So, I like going as prepared as I can to new docs or specialists. One of the things I'm hoping to talk to the endo about is my hyper tonic muscles. For a birth-female, I have a super high metabolsim do to my overly tight muscles. Basically, I want to know for you guys what you experience of changes in your muscles were like once you started T?

Tighter, loser, I've read about guys feeling warmer once they get on T, is that from the muscles? Anything you can think of will be helpful.

Thanks,
Lorenz

I certainly felt "warmer" after starting T.

My muscle changes weren't too obvious until about 1 year on T.  My trap muscles developed pretty much straight away and were the first thing I noticed - that was with no real lifting or weight training at all.  My shoulder muscles grew a bit and got that male shape to them.  Otherwise, some slight growth of my forearms and calves - but everything else developed after I started weight training.

As soon as I started testosterone I started lifting weights pretty religiously, so all the muscle gains I've had are a result of tht, with the little extra boost from testosterone.
However, I have noticed I'm hot all the time.
I'm in university and I'm often the only person in shorts and a tshirt while everyone else is wearing jeans and hoodies. In fact I wore a hoodie and jeans to school a couple days ago and my tshirt was soaked and I was sitting in class looking like a fool fanning myself with my book haha. I've always been fairly warm blooded, but never to this extent. I don't think it's from more muscle necessarily either, as I was in the army and was pretty damn fit previously.
But as to the other part of your question, I haven't noticed any difference in tightness etc. I've never really been very flexible lol
