HELLO FROM THE HOT DESERT OF PHOENIX, ARIZONA!!
I'm Matt, 21, FTM, 2.5 years on T, a biological sciences student at ASU, working to become a stem cell researcher! Gotta make fertility possible for all couples...straight, same sex, aaand with a special focus on trans families!
I lived my life pretty much as a boy but going back and forth because as a kid, emotional abuse from peers was brutal...was always called a he-she from when I was about 5-6 years old. People just do not understand that trans individuals have a medical issue just as any other person may have (but hey, disabled kids get so much abuse too! The world is sick). Everyone always picks on someone who is atypical, different from the rest of the crowd.
Now, I'm a happy guy who became a ladies' man, enjoying every day of my life even among all the stress. It's becoming easier and easier to disclose my condition when absolutely needed, especially since so many people are becoming lenient toward it. In fact, last night, I disclosed to one girl who was so open-minded, and got so excited over it! I feel as if we became much more close after that. Don't know if we'll end up in a relationship, but I definitely see a strong friendship ahead.
Has anyone noticed how many people are adopting the label "pansexual"? I have lots of girl friends who say they are straight but pansexually-oriented...meaning they would date biological men, and trans men who are on T, who already exude them awesome male pheromones lol. As long as you're a boy either way, they're cool with it!
I'll shut up now and let you all talk!! Great to meet everyone.
