So, I've been in such a great mood lately since I started taking phytoestrogens for the second time.  It's been a month.  Chickened out once before.  I've known I was a woman born a man since at least age 4, and in Kindergarten, I had cooties, so social anxiety, and Aspergers, made me hide my being transgender, and act (act is the key word) more masculine.  I didn't know what I was, by name, at first, as I heard transgender late in childhood.  I said, "Yup, that's me."

I'm 25 years old, and about to move out of my parents house, in part to better transition.

I'm already seeing results, and it's wonderful!

Does anyone know of really good feminizing foods, supplements, workouts, herbs, and maybe online prescriptions?

Looking forward to getting to know everyone, learn, share, grow, make friends, and support one another.

Much love,
Heather Hope Hallows

Hi Heather, welcome to Susans!  I love your positive attitude.  I can't really help you on the feminizing aspect as I'm going in the other direction, but I'm sure there will be other ladies that can help you with that.  I hope you enjoy the site!  :)

Hey Heather

Welcome to Susan's  :)  Great to have you here - looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

I wish you all the best with your journey but need to point out we do not allow anyone to give out self-medication advice or online prescription info via this site. Your best line of approach is to speak to a gender therapist or similar about the safest, most practical and effective way forward.

Please check out the following links for site rules, helpful tips and other info...

Hi Heather, welcome to Susan's Place! I'm from Boston. Congratulations on the upcoming move, independence is a sweet drink! I use an herbal supplement and get good results, but as Grace stated, we can't give out specific advice here. Google is your friend! See you around the site!

Hugs, Devlyn
