I'm just curious of any experiences? I have friends in India. I personally made up my mind on Cardenas, but I believe Pentyala can actually do Type III.

Based on what he has written on his websites he doesn't do type 3, as there is not a single mention about it (only recontouring, reshaping)... Another thing is he evidently prefers doing such surgeries under local anesthesia.
