meow8, You have excellent foundation for HRT, but do not expect drastic changes and miracles. Those tend to happen when the person who transitions, has distinctly masculine look/build/frame. Which is not Your case at all (You probably will like that, but You do not really look masculine to me, quite the contrary). Still chances are that You will be turning into cute and pretty girl and will not need to undergo any FFS surgery unless You choose to do so
