I just received the results of my blood work from yesterday. I would like to know if my levels are ok. Estradiol (E2) Level 72.2 pg/mL and Testosterone Level 161 ng/dL.

What did your endo say / ask them.
For female transition levels T is a little high and E might be a little low. but not bad

Check with your doctor as to the numbers they are looking for, but Estradiol number should be at least 100 generally and the testosterone number needs to come down a good ways yet too based on the those numbers. The results are more important than the numbers anyway generally. Your body's response is the key.

You aren't qualified to interpret those results. Neither is anyone here. Your endo is the only person you should be discussing those figures with. The numbers aren't even comparative between people and, taken out of context with other measurements, are pretty meaningless. What's good for one person is not the same as what's good for someone else.

I don't know what it means, but I'm hypogonadic and when I was first diagnosed my T was 150 ng/dL and my E2 was 80 pg/mL.  This was before any HRT of any kind.  That was seven years ago.

Both the T and E2 levels are in the "no man's land" between male and female levels.  I don't think that's a bad thing.
