Hello to everyone.

A few things about me...

- I'm a MTF living in the UK and I've been on HRT for around 6 years.
- Last year I took the plunge with FFS and then followed this with Hair Transplant surgery a couple of months ago.
- I'm now hoping to get the FFS redone with a different surgeon in a few months [!] and then start the RLE soon after. Very scary! :icon_eek:

Really looking forward to chatting with you all and learning from your experiences. :)

Thanks everyone for the lovely welcome!  :)

Apologies for delay in replying - just been to Europe on a weekend break. Quite pleased as had some difficulties both on the outward and return journeys by being gendered Female at passport control and check-in - despite presenting Male and having old Male passport. Being told there was "a problem" because I was "female with a male passport" was an unexpected bonus. Certainly put a BIG smile on my face which probably confused them even more. Eventually allowed through after a few more questions when they realised the situation. So next time will make sure to carry a letter from my doctor explaining the situation or, ideally, get the passport updated. Should have done this already but have been delaying while finalising name change and needing to retain old passport for trips abroad. I had been somewhat disappointed with the results of the FFS last year but now perhaps need to rethink the scale of the revisions planned...
