Attention Susan or webmaster/administrator staff:

I need some help regarding how I can reactivate my original profile, Going4Miles.  I encountered a problem yesterday with my profile and am in need of assistance.  I have recently changed my personal e-mail address after switching to a new internet provider.  Well, I attempted to update my profile with the new e-mail address and after doing so, I was prompted to verify the new address, but in order to do this, I would need to respond to the activation e-mail.  Well, I have not received the activation e-mail, even after requesting to have it sent at least a dozen or so times.  I requested to have the activation e-mail sent to my new address, which works by the way, and no such e-mail arrived.  I checked my junk and spam folders and no such e-mail arrived there either.  I also checked the inbox to my old e-mail, which also still works, and it never arrived there either.  I have not yet disabled my old e-mail, as the switch to the new internet provider has just been done. I am unable to log-in to my original profile, when I do I get an error message telling me that the account needs to be activated (argh).  I suspect there may be a bug in the system when members try to update their user accounts with an e-mail change.  So, I registered this new account, Going4Miles1 and could not register with the new e-mail or old one, because both e-mail addresses prompted an error message that they were being used by a registered member.  The only way I could successfully register this new account was to use a completely different e-mail, which is my work e-mail address, the only 1 I have that's available.  Well, my work e-mail will be changing soon, because I am currently undergoing a legal name/gender change!  So, when my work e-mail changes, what then?  So, I am in need of assistance.  I will gladly supply my personal e-mail address to the administrator or related staff member via personal message so I can have this issue fixed.  I would like to simply activate my original profile, Going4Miles with the new e-mail please.

Thanks,
Miles
