need a lil help on how to get a ticker on my posts  step by step from begining to end... thanx in advance to all

It's really simple actually, but to give you step by step we need to know what your counting up or down from  to be able to help because that is very important. Secondly, there are many tickers and sliders to choose from along with the sizing.

 I just proudly started hormone therapy and would like to track that  days to months

Click on the ticker at the bottom of my post is quicker than coping and pasting the link.

Then click on events. It's under wedding, anniversary, and birthday option.
Then name the option and select the date. and y6our aprox time and time zone.
Then choose the bar you want behind the slider. There are several to chose from and more than one page of them.
Then you click next and choose a slider and again multiple pages worth of choices. Then next
Then you choose size and background. The larger one is the size of the one I have the smaller one about half that.
Then copy the bbcode and put it into your profile signature.
