Okay so here's a story that's a little weird and funny about coming out to one of my friends. First thing, on Thursday I finally got into a company that has a full time job for me. So I was really excited I decided to post a status on Facebook about moving forward with my life and ready for the future kind of deal. Well my one friend naturally comments with sex change? I saw that and my heart skipped probably a dozen beats. Now I haven't come out to really anyone other than my girl friends. So I panicked and deleted it quickly because it was meant to be a heartfelt status.

Here's where the story gets weird. The girl I came out to was previously going out with this friend before me. I casually asked her of she spilled the beans to him. She says no and naturally decides to text him about it. Now I'm just like great she's gonna make this worse for me. She sends me pictures of the chat and he's all casual about it saying that I told him I wanted a sex change and that its something he knew about. I really started panicking because now I'm thinking I accidentally told him when I was drunk the day before.

So I see him on Friday. I was playing it off all cool and I ask him what was with his comment. He goes to me and says well what's wrong with what I posted.than I tell him I'm transgender and it's true. The next moment gets better as his eyes open wide up and he goes WHAT! I ask him when I told him. He goes I joking about all of it. He's like I saw you posted a status about changing your life for the better so I naturally played along with it and chose something I thought was funny enough to work. Now I'm like WHAT?!

Of all of the random choices out there he somehow got it right on the first try. I couldn't believe it and he couldn't either. What are the odds. He laughed about it for a sec and was like wow didn't see that coming. I felt the same way.

At least on the plus side he gave me a fist pound and said he'd be my friend regardless of what I do. So that was really cool. Another good ally for the cause anyways. Talk about a crazy way of coming out.

Thanks for listening to my story.

Reminds me of my first marriage. My wie and I were drinking with the next door neighbor and he says he knows everything about me. Drunk, I say no, there's something you don't know. He says what, like you like to dress up in women's clothes? My wife who did knw about my crossdressing and desire to be a woman was dumbfounded and looked shocked. My buddy goes, "Oh my God, that's it isn't it?" My wife moved outtwo months later.

People often guess when they are joking. Glad everything turned out so well.

Hugs,
