Nice to meet everyone :-) Wow! this site does have a wealth of knowledge best site I have encountered online so far. well.... Most importantly I feel I am not the typical transgender "case" ..or am I ? I need help? I am 30 years old from the Midwest ,grew up in a traditional household ,biluangual ,religion, morals etc. Homosexuality was never an issue or even brought up for that fact all my family immediate and extended ,friends and all are presumed "straight". well main point I am considering transition and have been for the past 3/4 years I've crossdressed seriously since 2008. Prior to that I always dibbled and dabbled in women's clothes ,makeup,underwear and so on. I never really have been attracted to men although I have had encounters with sum I stay primarily 97% attracted to female's. On the contrary while "en femme" I am 70% attracted to males and 30% to women. I was married 4 years, together for approx 10. We met while we were in our late teens I helped raise her son and we now have one of our own which he is 3. She knows all about the dressing and it didnt bother her enough for her to leave she was tolerant to an extent ..and have even discussed transition with her a year ago while separated. She tells me not too transition for many reasons kids,society,family etc ..and has even thrown it in my face calling me "->-bleeped-<-got" ,dress wearing mother #@$% an so on. Well with that chapter behind me (thank god)and divorce in the works were both happy to go our own way. Now! she or anyone else family, friends,work, girlfriend dont know that I have been planning my transition from mtf for a year now ...seriously at that ..lol. Yes I am gonna begin counseling in a month for this..there is an informed consent here in my state and have I spoken to them and am going to have my first appt with them around the same time as my first counseling in May 2015. All in all..I have moved to a new city (same state) and started all over new girlfriend , 2 new Jobs (my fultlltime pays way better wages) gonna finish my nursing degree in the fall ,my own place and no can tell me nothing
