Using Change Room Like a Boss

Felt like i needed to share experience today going to YMCA by my place.

Usually I go there later in the evening so as to not have a lot of people there to worry about but today went there right around noon and was fairly busy. A few people in change room. I still went into women's change room just to finally face my fears of going in there alone. Was able to go in, get changed and leave without anyone batting an eye.

After finishing my workout and going back into change I had one person (a lifeguard) kind of staring at me but never said anything and no other issues were had.

All in all was a good day for me and now I know i should have no problems in the change rooms!

That's a big fear of mine which is why I don't use the on premises gym at work anymore. I can't pass for a guy except for my immediate coworkers and I can't use the women's because of my birth defect. I may end up just using the shower stalls to change which may work...

Yeah that's what i was going to do, but first time i went in there was no one there so just kinda changed quickly and left. Then changed in there with a friend and like maybe one other person. This time though i was alone when i went and just decided to say screw it.
My gym session woulda been nicer if i didn't have an old creepy guy trying to inconspicuously follow me around to different stations

Not really, as long as you're tucked ok it's not really an issue since you've still got panties on.

I actually haven't checked the showers there yet, so not sure if thats open or not, I just shower when i get home.
