What side of the bed do you sleep in?

I sleep from corner to corner usually, although I do move around a lot during the night.

I sleep on the right side, by the door. I do not have my bed (side)against the wall, because I have a table on each side. Which are crowded. I also sleep alone.

When viewed while in bed...I'm a lefty.

I can swap sides, but "spooning" is awkward, because my left arm isn't a flexible as my right.
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

The. Whole. Thing.

I go to sleep in a ball, usually wake up spread out. It seems in my sleep my body tries to maximize its surface area to cover as much of the bed as possible :P

On the right side (if laying on your back). We have lived in several different places and have always placed the bed so that the left side of the bed is conviently faced in the room for my wife. She got used to the left side early in our marriage and has always been against change.

It ends up depending upon how the bed is situated in the room. As a general rule, I sleep on the right side, but my fiancee prefers to be by the wall, so if the bed sits with one side against a wall I end up sleeping on the opposite of whatever side that might be. We tried the "bed in the middle of the room" arrangement, and it just too up too much floor space in this tiny little trailer. At the moment, it's situated with the left side against the outer wall, so I sleep on the right.
To strive to reach the apex of evolution is folly, for to achieve the pinnacle is to birth a god.

When the Stryker fires, all turn to dust in its wake.

I always sleep on the right side and mostly end up lying on my side at the very edge of the bed because I'm used to sleeping in a bed suited for 1 person with my boifriend, and I prefer them to be on the "safe" side so they wouldn't fall or anything. Though we can both sleep on the other side as well but I end up to be the one to turn off the light so I get in bed last anyway.
All I want to do is be more like me and be less like you.

When single, usually down the middle.

When I have company, the side away from the wall.  I hate feeling trapped between two things, a fear that was only moderately lessened by countless nights sleeping in a coffin rack on a submarine.

This spirit is what makes us who we are, and by following that spirit as it manifests outwardly, and inwardly, you are benefiting us all." -Andrew WK

I usually start on the right, but by the time I wake up I've occupied the entire bed over the course of the night/morning.

Also, the cord from Mr. Hum doesn't reach all the way to the right of the bed.

Why is it Jill has the best reasoning

Depends on a couple things, first, I have a bed but rarely sleep in it. Second, depends which side of my sinuses are stuffed up the most.

Diagonally. Head at right, feet at left. It's the only way I can fit in without my toes sticking out! ;D

I sleep at the left side. It's the side closest to the walls, but there's a set of cubbies seperating my bed and the wall. I find it's much comfier and cosier in the corner, since my room is quite small.

I sleep on the opposite side my wife sleeps on. She prefers to sleep the furtherest away from the door, so that usually put me closest to the door. When I sleep, I usually wake up in the same position I fall asleep in. My wife on the other hand I think tries to run a marathon in her sleep. She once actually wore out a hole in the sheets where her feet were.

I sleep on my left side and my wife sleeps on her right side, so we decided years ago to avoid breathing in each other's faces that I would take the right side of the bed (looking at it from the foot) and she takes the left.  My Boston Terrier, aka: Miss Dogmerica, sleeps in the middle.
Some people say I'm apathetic, but I don't care.

Hi Cindy, I'm a rightie.  Seems the majority are also. Maybe has something to do with being right or left handed?
When we first start our journey the perception and moral values all dramatically change in wonderment. As we evolve further it all becomes normal again but the journey has changed us forever.
