Hey girls,
Well,
Full time is getting easier.. went shopping at Dillards last night with my best girl friend..   I have to say being a chick is expensive.. dang.... and I keep running low on hangers.. where do they all go... seriously.
So, I have not worked on my voice much at all but am doing ok with it.. I just talk softly and a little higher pitch seems to work..
Its so cool to be have people say how are you ladies doing..
I have more friends now than ever.. both in the Lgbt community and from High School.. I have women reaching out to me i went to school with and since going public not one issue with any classmates.. I am sure there are those who I don't hear from who just shake their heads and go wow.. but they don't matter do they..
I am finding that being bold and being who you are and being confident is what people respect.. its not passing totally  its being comfortable with who you are.
It makes other feel comfortable and happy for you.  They can see who you are.. and lets face it.. we all know people who we think we know but don't.. right??
I made a friend on Susan's .. her name is Jessica and she rocks baby... let me tell you... she is one cool chick..
My sister had a wedding the other day... she is gay and married her partner.. OMG it was beautiful.. and the place was packed out..
What I am finding is that the good out there outweigh the bad.. don't hang with the bad.. dont try to change the bad.. pray for them.. feel sorry for them.. there are too many people who are really alive and real, people who get it.. the ones who are connected with the universe and feel blessed to be alive and enjoy humanity.
Walk away from the ones who don't matter... and leave them in your dust..
I would not trade places with anyone in the world today.. it has not been easy, its not over but I am going to move on.. keep helping others if I can and just be in awe at the beauty of the world that would be nothing without friends.
Love
Dodie
