Alisa the Valiant

Hi, my name is Alisa (obviously  :D). I haven't practiced my speech in years, literally.
The last time I have done so was like 3 years ago. Since I'm going to an exceptional event tomorrow
I've decided to finally start or at least try speaking as a female, at least there. I think I'm doing well,
but I would love to hear more opinions than only mine.

The fact that I don't pass physically just discourages me to do this more, which is a shame since I rather enjoy
speaking in my female voice.

No.  Sorry.  You're using your head voice and it sounds clearly male.  You need a great deal more practice before you'll be ready to debut a passable voice.
My gender problem isn't half as bad as society's.  Although mine is still pretty bad.

It sounds like you are trying to speak using your falsetto voice. This is what you hear a lot of men doing when they are trying to imitate a female voice for comedic effect, or something like that, but it's not the right way to train your voice if you want it to sound like a natal female's. A falsetto voice will always have a sort of horse wispy quality to it, and will never be able to sound like a normal speaking voice. In order to have a voice that sounds the way a natal female's does, you need to spend some time training your normal speaking voice to increase it's range. There are lots of guides and videos on how to do this, and there is even a whole section of the forums devoted to it. But it is a lot to process, and it can  difficult to know where to start. My best advice would be to just start working with your normal male speaking voice, raise the pitch ever so slightly, and work on maintaining that as your regular speaking voice. Also try working on your intonation, because having a more feminine intonation to your voice is just as important as pitch is. Just remember, the key is to make subtle changes a little bit at a time. Don't try to run before you know how to walk. ;)

I think the voice sounds like it is trying but the male resonance is what gets you.

Not a pass just yet. Sorry. :(
