Omg, in jan. when I scheduled SRS and FFS with suporn for sept. I thought it's so far away it will never get here. I guess my big concerns are since I've been on hormones so long ,over ten years, I worry about not having enough donor tissue now. I have search just about every post on this site about his results with something so small and I'm still worried. Hormones have pretty much took a larger than average birth defect to about 3" erect and that's if that is still possible. The ovaries have pretty much went home and most of the time can not be found, lol. But seriously I'm pretty worried since my husband is bigger than average. Am I worrying over nothing like my husband says I am.[/size]

I'd not worry about that. Suporn is famous for what he can do with small donor material. Using his technique it doesn't matter. I think there's some papers on his site about it.

With his technique, the vaginal depth depends on scrotal graft and groin skin graft (when needed)..

Thanks gals, but that's what I worry about. Not much scrotal skin neither, both are so small I can hide it in a bikini at a public pool and no one sees anything. I had researched suporn for over five years now and know what he us capable of, this is why I had chosen him. But still ways on my mind.

Scrotal skin does shrink to some extent over the years... but suporn uses some sort of device/machine, I don't know what it's called, to stretch the scrotal graft and increase the surface area. This is why he is able to achieve the extra depth, and this is also the reason why the recovery takes twice as long, and why you need to follow different dilation regimen compared to with other surgeons. In case he will think scrotal skin graft won't be enough, he will take a skin graft for groin area.. Don't worry, you will have adequate depth. You definitely choosed the right surgeon.

From another point of view, Suporn is definitely the best for your particular case. No other surgeon is going to be able to give you more. But why not just email the clinic and ask about it?
