Hey there, just a bit curious, since I'm trying to figure out what the hell is going on with my body atm. Is it possible for HRT to change the way sexual arousal feels.

Before HRT, sexual arousal felt very, how should I put it, confined I guess, like purely in the groin area. Lately though, I feel like when I get aroused, rather than just the groin area, I feel something akin to a wave of heat radiating from the stomach area and up my body. That and a tingling sensation throughout the entire body.

This happen for anyone else?

Yes, the entire mechanism of arousal and release has changed. Less focused in the genital area and more whole body.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

I honestly think it's caused by reduced testosterone rather than estrogen. For the ten years before I realized I was trans my testosterone production gradually reducing to below male levels. As it did my arousal pattern shifted to more female. Maybe the testosterone fueled penile sensations masked the slower acting peripheral arousal locations.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

Wait until your skin softens...I spent hours just caressing myself. Arms, legs, chest...the whole body (but not so much "those unwanted bits").

Yes, for (most?) men it is all about that part, and penetration. For (most?) women it's all about embracing, foreplay, and...

*sigh*

Excuse me, I have to check something....;)
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...
