After my phallo, I was wearing post-op underwears they provided, which were tena brand and very breathy and thin (the type that can just melt to nothing in your dryer if not careful lol). Or I was naked, if in my room. When going in the common room at the residence, I would either wear just the underwear and a bathrobe, or loose sweat pants.
I would just bring loose clothing and you will see when there, what works or doesn't. An acquaintance of mine just had his done and did not wear any pants while at the hospital or residence. the most he wore was a bathrobe and the tena underwear to hold all the packing (compresses and gauzes) when not in his room airing out.
T-shirts and sweaters (quite loose so your arm can fit through the arm of the sweater and it doesnt end up too tight. socks. and the rest is pretty much whatever you think you might need to make your stay more comfortable.
