Hi all... So, long story short, I've got funds sorted for grs and a little ffs work. I'd like to have it all done at once cause money is tight... The two Drs I'm looking at are Chett and Saran. I've seen Chetts work in person and was very impressed, Saran seems to be harder to find info about? I'm hoping to be in Thailand late July (provided I can get a booking) any input would be really really helpful please

Hi,I went with Saran and have had no complications post op.He seemed like a very competent surgeon and as a bonus is a lovely man.My cosmetics are good,I'm sensate(both clitoris and vaginal entrance) and depth is adequate. He is a bit cheaper than Chett but my reason for going to him was to be in a hospital not a clinic.A friend who went to Chett is v. v. pleased as well.Chetts technique is different to Sarans and his surgery time is longer which can equate to a longer recovery. Its a difficult choice you have to make and you only get one go really.Good luck with whoever you choose. xx

I hope it's ok to ask this, is Sarans technique an "all in one" operation? Meaning inner and outer labia, and a clitoral hood? Also, does his technique provide self lubrication?

Hi,Saran is an all in one op.Cosmetics are good(at least my partner thinks so) and sensation too.As for lubrication I do need to use some but definitely produce some of my own. Depth is just under 5 inches by measuring with legs flat, slightly apart and rotating the dilator and working out the depth from the lube on the dilator.Width is now up to Mr Orange(38 mm)-I honestly never thought I would get there.Saran worked for me but try and talk to as many as you can about other surgeons too.Good luck with whoever you go with xx

I have heard much good about Saran, and he is my chosen surgeon. Passport and letters all sorted, just waiting for funds.  :(
He seems to be the cheapest, and one of the best, and,as hvmatt stated,a lovely man. He is quite happy to friend you on FB and have a chat with you.
