Hello

My name is Charlotte, I'm new and without discussing dosages or anything banned, I would just like to offer some words of hope for those who are praying for boobs, just like I was offered word of hope for FFS.

After 6 months with estrogel, I've already got very decent A cups, with 1.4 inch areolas . They are extremely sensitive, and the smallest thing like the edge of a table is 'exciting'. My face has also changed, but not as much.

At this pace, I am now expecting B cups for this summer, which will bring it own challenges: A cups are easy to hide, B cups not as much. While my face is quite androgynous it may not work well!

The nipples are a bit behind, no bigger than pencil erasers. Progesterone is not very popular with prescription, but I've read it could help, and there's OTC progesterone, so it's nothing that can't be fixed!

Everyone is different, and you may get better or worse result, but at least have some hope.

I'm more or less like you with the areolas, however I am a B cup. The nipples are slightly larger than a pencil eraser now too.

Wonderful! That's even more impressive at 6 months!

I was told less than 1/3 ever reached B, and since my closest relative was barely A, more like AA, I was not very hopeful.

Now I have good hope for this summer.

Yep I'm actually 4 months going on 5 though. My family is basically well endowed in the chest department so genetics is in my favor.

There's definitely hope. In 4 months, I require a DD cup. That being said, my ribcage is 28" which means 28DD is the equivalent of 36A, and also my mom takes 34I.

Side note; it helps if you know that you are properly fitted. Your band size should correspond to your ribcage circumference (don't add 4-5 inches like many places recommend) and do the difference between the ribcage and bust from there. This is why a lot of girls who should be a 28D are commonly wearing ill-fitting 32As, for example.

I have to admit, I never considered measuring nipples/areolas until a couple years in (when someone else mentioned it).

I did, however, have to give up and admit I couldn't hide anything anymore when I found myself 42C at around four months on HRT. Personally, I think the idea that trans women never get above a B/never hit full maturity/are always smaller than Mom is a myth - or else almost everyone that I know here and elsewhere is an exception. :) The distribution I see reported (admittedly unscientific) pretty much matches the cis pattern, with the caveat that a larger rib cage may = smaller listed cup size, though not smaller cup *volume.*

Anyway, hang on for the ride, as you're probably also going to find you're too big to hide soon!

Too big to hide? I'm eagerly waiting for that, even if I wonder what I'll do  :)

C cups after 4 month wow- that's a dream! Yes, the ribcage matters a lot, but still that's more than impressive!! I wanted to share some words of hope after reading some sad messages, but now it's me that's getting hope from the thread!

Even if I already find it hard to sleep on my belly with A cups, now I know what I'll be praying for: C cups! I'm sure I will find a new position ;)

By the way, is it ok to post boobs pictures on this forum? I must say all these hopeful posts got me really curious - enough to share my pic!

No naked boobs. In a bra should be fine. But refer to the TOS.

(42C, incidentally, is the same cup volume as 40D and 38DD and 36DDD. That's why rib cage size matters. To be fair, when I was professionally fitted after a couple years, I came away with expensive bras that were 38DD, even though in the cheap Lane Bryant bras that gave me 42C back then I now wear 42DDD.)

I gave up sleeping on my tummy b/c they hurt, and by the time that went away they were too big to do it. I still kinda miss my favorite sleeping position. :)
