I've bought a pair leggings and have been wearing them around the house and I really like them :) but i'm having trouble hiding my bulge :(.  So i've tried tucking but my penis isn't long enough to be pulled back far enough.

I was hoping that you ladies would have some advice or suggestions on how to hide my unwanted fiend from showing it's self.

I have rather smaller bits between my legs aswell and tucking is a bit of a task for me too. What I have done is wear sports undies that are a size too small this seems to create a flat look when side on and pull the crotch area of my leggings down a little so it isn't lying right on any bulgy body parts. Even two pares of tighter undies seems to work for others on this website. If you are game you can always try taping it down as if it was for swimwear....

Well apart from using some kind of forming panties you might look up a video by violet4151 called How To: Tucking MtF , from 4:20 on.
I wouldn't advise her first method, not even with medical tape.
Well all at your own risk... tucking too long or too tight might not be healthy...

Don't tuck too much as I heard it could cause bad odor and maybe even infection as well... not entirely positive though. Maybe that's only for non hrt crossdressers with lots of T and DHT still, hmmm.

I taped for many years, each day, sometimes I would undo the tape, shower and tape again to go out at night.

The tricks were.
be 100% hairless where the tape is going
do not pull tight. you want to tape it down, not back and tight.
Give yourself room to "grow", remember it gets lots of blood flow and you don't want to cut that flow.
clean the area well each day & night.
Never sleep with it taped
Only sports a thick, wide sports strapping.

Its been that long since I had to do it, but it worked well, I could run, jump, walk, sit & pee
Yes! I'm single
And you'll have to be pretty f'ing amazing to change that

There are some items of clothing that are going to be difficult to wear without at least some bulge regardless of how much tucking you achieve... and leggings are one of those. That said I find that a slightly tight pair of knickers/underpants with a gaff worn over the top can do magical things even with tightish clothing... in fact I was even able to wear a swimming costume using that method.

A tight fitting panty girdle works wonders to minimize. Most times I find just snug panties will do. TBH - I don't often wear skin tight clothes due to other past bulges I had which in spite of loosing 100 lbs, I still see each and every one

Also Kinesiology Tape is great to use. (You can find it at Walgreens.) I use it when wearing a one piece swimsuit. It's waterproof, breathable so no odor and works great. For leggings I just wear tight panties.

Keep in mind the issue isn't about making the equipment disappear but to even out the bulge so that the area appears flat. Most people don't go around staring at crotches (unless they are a total perve) and if the area seems a little bulky but flat then it is usually going to work.

Totally agree. If a cis-woman is on her period and uses pads instead of tampons, the area will seem a little bulky but flat for them too.
