Hey, so I'm a little over 5 ft tall and I am a transgendered man. The thing is I also have hypothyroid so I have a very curvaceous figure which makes me EXTREMELY dysphoric. I was wondering if any other maybe a bit heavier set trans men could give me any hope as to how HRT helped them achieve the body that they wanted. Or at least tell me that HRT will help me lose weight and give me a more boyish figure. I don't mean to sound fatphobic or anything, I just want to have the more boxy shape of a dude.

I'm not a ftm but have you tried an exercise program? Are you on T?

Honestly, I wouldn't expect results if you don't exercise or watch what you eat; it's doubtful T will help you much if you're stationary, T or no. It can boost metabolism but it won't be anything significant if you're not exercising regularly and eating right.

I'm 5'4" and built like a tiny strongman. T by itself will not kill all the curves. You will need to make some conscious lifestyle choices in the form of diet and exercise in order to see a significant change in your form.
