She should definately be changed to a Women's prison. No one would put a female into a man's prison had she been born with a female body. If they leave her where she is, not only are they contradicting themselves, but they are putting her in great danger. I doubt if most of the inmates will see her as a "real" female, and on top of that, she will be at risk of being raped as well as sodomized and being sexually mutilated.
I'm glad she won the right to have her transitioned payed for, but that raises some serious questions as to why the rest of us have to pay to be the gender we are. Its not the prison that is actually paying for her transition. It is our taxes. I don't resent that because i think she should get her transition. I do resent that the rest of us, who are law abiding citizens have to pay.
