I'm 22, mtf, and still present as male. I'm at the start of my transition. I have spoken to my General Practitioner and she has agreed to give me a referral to see an Endocrinologist to start HRT. She has informed me that she talked to the referral department and are in the process of finding an Endocrinologist that specializes in this. Unfortunately, there aren't many in my area, so I might have to do some traveling. I have been in denial since I was 18. I'm very excited to finally start!
I haven't came out to anyone in my family, but I have to some close friends. I'm happy say they are all supporting of what I want to do.
