Dr Sherman leis experiences ?

Is this doctor board certified ? I keep seeing reviews online (which anybody can put up ) that he has a DO (guessing that stand for an doctorate or whatever that is ) and not really a real plastic surgeon ?!?! Has anyone had any experience with him ?
