Garramone Mansculpture Before/After

Hi guys,

I know Banf has written a lot of useful info about his experience with Garramone's Mansculpture procedure.

I have recently had this done (9 weeks ago) and wanted to add my results to help guys who may be considering it - I absolutely recommend it, see the before and after photos below: (NB: The 'before' photo is after DI from another surgery, Garramone fixed this up and performed the Mansculpture procedure).

What does he do during mansculpture?  I asked about it but he said i didn't need it.  But i have a belly and im a little overweight like u were

He basically sucks out the fat from the stomache, love handles (and some people do thighs if needed).

Is his assessment based on seeing you or just a photo?

Although he does make assumptions based on a photo, I can't imagine that the final idea of what he will do isn't based on seeing you. He does do a pre-op appointment.

thats odd because my stomach looked almost exactly the same as lost.cowboy...same size, same shape, same gut and love handles and i asked him over my phone consult about mansculpture and he said "u dont need it"

but im remembering now, the photo i took of my chest was a selfie shot from the chest up so he didnt see my stomach

and i dont gain much weight in my arms.....all my fat goes to my stomach....so he might have assumed i was average weight based on my arms

tahts the only reason i can think of
