Hah, so, my uhm...

My boobs hurt.  :'(

And they itch.  >:(  (Well, specifically, the nipples itch.)

I've been on HRT for almost two months. I occasionally have what can be described as a mild stinging pain that is amplified whenever something taps my breast. Even a moderately tighter t-shirt will do it. Occasionally, my nipples will itch. I've been told all of this is normal, but still, it's driving me insane. Any advice from the uber-learned experts of this wonderful community is much appreciated.

I jokingly asked my cis-female coworker, "What the hell do you take for this? Midol?!"

I've heard (from teen gals) that rubbing in vitamin E straight from the capsules helps with skin elasticity and whatever else is going on under there - I'm not there yet myself, but I'll certainly be trying that out come the day.

I just live through the pain / itchiness (with some careful scratching)... but, more annoying problem is when the nipple cracks / breaks from growth (which makes doing anything with them hurt). I found moisturizing lotion helps with that (which you might already have if you are experiencing the skin drying out thing on the face).

i have been on hrt for 2 years and have grown to a c. In that time I had plenty of hurt and itchiness what i found helped for the itch was just a good moisturing lotion because the skin is stretching for your boobs to grow
In my imagination I see a fair world,
Everyone lives in peace and in honesty there.
I dream of souls that are always free,
Like the clouds that fly,
Full of humanity in the depths of the soul.

Haha, I might actually try lotion or cream, if only for the dryness, because I actually had a teeny droplet of blood form on my nipple a few days back from dry skin. Originally, I would get stingy pains once in a while, and now the pain more resembles an ache that something like ibuprofen might help with. I might try that next time I have a bout of it.

Funny how it only seems to be painful once in a while, and not chronically.
