Dr Spiegel consult in person or Skype? Any recommendations?

I contacted Dr. Spiegel's office via the on-line form. They sent some information about common FFS procedures and said I could arrange a consult in person or via Skype. I would need to get a mic and camera for my PC to Skype, not a big deal. In person would require I take a day or two off from work and fly to Boston from Philadelphia. I may need to stay over night too.

Those who went to Dr Spiegel and used the Skype consultation, how well was it in comparison to the in-person consult prior to your FFS?  Would you use the Skype option again or would you skip the on-line consultation and recommend in-person?

My thought would be to have a brow bossing, forehead reduction, orbit deberring and brow position procedure. Could you please share your costs for that procedure? Does the cost vary for type 1,2 and 3 brow procedure? When I called they said $10,000.

I had a skype-consultation with Dr Spiegel recently.
My view is that this was all I needed in order to have my particular case well discussed. Dr Spiegel was very attentive and responded sufficiently to all my questions. I received a proposal with a pricequote some days afterwards.
