general "female feelings"

I wonder, does any of you have this kind of feeling:

Sometimes when I'm lying down in a foetus position I have this "female sense" emanating from my core (around the chest) and radiating outwards. I can still feel it when I get up but not look at my face.
It's such a great feeling...but it disappears afterwards.

edit: well at least I call it "female sense". Maybe it's something entirely different, dunno. I could compare it a bit to having butterflies in your stomach (but not quite).
