I m  not  a  transgender yet , but i need really  to  change  my sex  (ftm).

What i want  to know  exactly  if  i can live  my life  as  a normal man ?

I know that  i can't have kids but what  about  making love  as  a  real man ?

Hello, I'd say maybe you need to read more (suggest maybe starting here?). YOu don't "become transgender" by having some amount of surgery (or any surgery at all). Being transgender means that though you were born into a female body (say in your case), your heart and mind says you are male. The process of transition which is social (you use a male name and pronouns, dress as male, etc.), legal (changing documents), and medical (taking testosterone, having one surgery, or several, etc.).

Can a person with surgery have sex exactly as a person assigned at birth as male. Well there are a lot of factors for that. I would guess the answer is somewhat true.
I think you can also look up the various surgeries, etc.

I don't think this belongs in top surgery though.
