I recently got forehead ffs and the doctor used the type 1 method. I already had very little brow bossing and could pass without the surgery, but i feel like the surgery made it harder for me to pass. It has only been 5 days since the surgery and i'm wondering if i will look settle in to my results more after the swelling goes down or is what i see now what i will get? I'm not sure if the swelling can make your forehead look more prominent but any girls in here that got forehead work done can answer this question for me will be greatly appreciated.

For me forehead surgery was probable the only procedure that I did not see much swelling from. I haven't seen any changes to my forehead from shortly after surgery until now 4 months po. Still feels tight though, but at least I can feel it now lol. Things are still settling down, but I had multiple procedures. Not sure what it would have been like if I'd had forehead surgery only. Maybe just the tightness which I guess is something that the patient feels but it isn't very visible to others? Not sure, but noone mentioned anything about my forehead other than 'it's more round than it used to be', but people did notice swelling in other places. Swelling occurs mostly in soft tissues.

Why do you feel that the surgery made it harder to pass?

i think it made it harder for me to pass while it's swollen. I have that typical balloon head people get after forehead work. I say it makes it harder for me to pass now because the swelling makes my forehead stick out more than it naturally does. send me a private message at elliebelly990@yahoo.com and i'll show you some before pictures if you'd like reference. Btw, it's really interesting that your forehead did not swell up.

5 days.... I have to be blunt, you need to wait for this to heal.

Seriously, wait a month then conclude something.

Hi,

It took almost nine months for my forehead to settle down.   Wait a little. ..

Hugs,

To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.
