Hello my internet pals, well so here is what happen. BAD NEWS...My Doctor forgot to include in the notes for the chart when I drew blood last Wednesday, to check the actual estrogen numbers as we had discussed since we were at the cap of where I should be on HRT.  (btw nice to be at the max for me finally) So come to have a great visit ...to learn the test was not run and only prolactin and testosterone with a full panel was run.

GOOD NEWS....I got to draw it again today, its important at this stage to know I told her and she agreed, especially since she had a consult with another Doctor and decided it was ok for me to add Micronized Progesterone (prometrian) into my HRT Regimen.  ;D wooo hoo! So I get to finally try this. I am going to start with cream I think which is out of pocket but we have other options. Strange news to me about this though (and here is where I need the advice) is that apparently you have to lower estrogen some when adding any kind of progesterone. its a 2.5 to 1 ratio I guess or something. I cant give you actual numbers of dosage for obvious reasons. But I need to know if this is correct or my Doctor (PCP) and the other (Endo) are misinformed about that.

At any rate I have a full physical next Wednesday and also go over the estrogen numbers. Otherwise she says I am extremely healthy and my liver and cholesterol are great. Even my Triglycerides are nice.

I can not disclose what I am taking but id I average my IM E to a daily dose it would be 1E to 25P. I think the type of P and E matter. I would listen to you doctor and see how the results are in 3 months.

They are correct. My "E" had to be raised when Progestin's were started. :)
