I have read about the frequency for male range and female range. I think my voice is not too bad but I would like to train it, with some software to check my frequencies.

Can I get some recommendations on what to use?

There is a software called ovetone analyzer. Its free in its basic function.

For target levels and hints you might have a look at
nyspeechandvoicelab dot net/transgender/voice-feminization

Here are some more opinions:

Thanks Laura! Without stressing my voice too much, apparently I hover around 170 Hz on the lowest curves of the graph, about where I thought I was (in the gender neutral range). Tomorrow I will try to do better  :)

Also, I will have some time to kill in Argentina after my FFS. It will be a perfect time to start exercising!

Could you recommend me some youtube exercices? I've read about "deep stealth", but I'm not sure it's worth the money.

Imo with this software the main focus should be in the female register.
Its those deep blue lines. If there are a few stray lines it might not be so much of a matter.
Some women have a bit of lower undertones which might even be registered as sexy.
But if its deep blue lines deep down it means a lot of resonance, which should be moved more to the head/throat.

Imo the most important part is consistent training. Every day, only a few minutes in the beginning. Never overstrain your voice.
Simply reading a book for example

There are a few different techniques. Falsetto, etc.

I read a hint of someone stating that she trained a higher register for a few days and it felt like a click and she was there.
I found that helpful, the falsetto method goes much higher.
Its simply raising the voice a bit and trying to reduce resonance in the chest area, moving the voice to the head area.
It can be checked in the beginning by laying a hand on the chest from time to time, if there are vibrations there it should be felt.
And the software shows.
After some time the software is only necessary from time to time imo.

And having a softer and a bit "breathy" voice and more going up and down with intonation should help, too.
