It's often these things that become our tipping point. For me it was realising that I was enjoying being in girl mode and resented having to change back... so I bumped up my schedule to go full time by over two months!
Certainly the more time I have the real me v's the conformist side, certainly pushes me harder towards full transition than before, I hate having to go back... Makes me very, very sad

So. .... I had the most amazing weekend just being me, all the time and now I'm back at work staring at two weeks before i get another weekend away from work. ....
......thus the reason for my posting in this category. ..... ARGHHH!
I really need to set up an appointment with HR and get things moving. ....
Thats the bit I used to hate too, in fact business trips were great, as outside of being in the work environment, I could be me... Same as last ski season here, no work, spent weeks on end on the snowfields, I could be me almost 100% of time... So with you there Emjay

It was those months that made me set a definate plan, and come out to a close friend... Who commented, how did you hide that from me for so long... I said necessity? But not from not wanting to share with her...
