So i told my SO that im going to start saving for my orchie. That went much easier than expected! Im now almost 8 months along and had a hiccup getting my hrt for 2 weeks. Boy was that unpleasant. The last 4 days were like male puberty all over. But it cemented my decision to get snipped when i came to the conclusion that even if i can never go full time, id still rather be testosterone free and free of my dysphoria, even if it means being a flabby eunuch, its still better than T poisoning. The convo was actually pretty short but funny. It went like this. "Hon, i think its time i start saving for an orchie. Its about 3 grand and a weeklong trip to detroit." Her "ok. Whats that?" Me. "They open my sac and cut my balls off." Her "those squishy grapes? Theyre pretty much dead, but if it makes you happy. When are we going?"

Flabby eunuch?  No reason why you should end up like that unless you seriously don't look after yourself and eat nothing but junk food.  Congratulations on the 'talk' going so well though because getting those T poison glands removed makes a huge difference and you will feel so much better without them.

Lol, I think she means having a "flabby" empty sack...

I had heard somewhere that you should not have an orchie if you plan to have GRS since the skin will shrink or the scar tissue causes an issue or something to those effects. Thoughts?

Im 40 pounds overweight (5'8 about 220), so im already kind of flabby. Ive also been a pack a day smoker for 16 years, so cardio workouts present a hurdle. What i meant was that if full time never happens, im prepared to live life as a person with no testosterone, and all that comes with it. I dont see srs happening in my near future. Just being a realist there. Ive read from other members that stretching the sac will keep it in good shape.
