Hello!
I cannot believe that I have come this far, nor can I believe that I am face to face with a wonderful community such as this!
My real name is Alex, I am an AFAB demiboy. I came here because I am finally at a place in my transition where I need the advice of others, and seemingly a forums site such as this would be the place for me to go!
I knew that something was wrong since I was 8, knew I was Transgender when I was about 14, and finally came to know myself as a demiboy just this past year. The road has been hard, and I too have my scars (and happy times too!).
One year ago I got my first Binder, around February I got my first packer, and just tonight ordered my first Freetom Prosthetic. I know that my road will be long, but I am hoping the bumps are fewer than they have been, and the days will pass quickly in terms of my becoming-of-who-I-am.
Over the years I have learned that I am very stubborn, but I do tend to care about people a lot, and take their advice seriously. I hope to continue to learn from people for as long as I live, and hope that the people around me will in turn learn from me (all good things I hope).
The world is a very special place for me because it holds everything I have ever known! It holds my hopes, fears, and even who I am.
I hope this was a helpful introduction into who I am!
