Around what time does facial bloating as a result of T start to go down? Has anyone found that exercise helps or is it something that just goes away with time?

I got the face bloat pretty bad, around months 3-6 was the worst, and I've only recently started noticing it going dow at around 9 months on T. I exercise 5 days a week and it didn't help. I think it's just one of those things you have to wait to subside. On the bright side, I've noticed my face becoming more angular as it "deflates".

I sure hope that is what it is for me and not just from weight gain.  I have gained 20lbs, but I have also gotten quite a bit bigger in shoulders, arms, etc., without even lifting.  I have gone up in one pants size too, so I am worried it isn't bloat and just weight gain.  I have never weighed this much, so I have no idea how to tell what it is.

If you don't work out/lift weights and have gained 20lbs, it's fat and/or water weight.

Testosterone will not magically make you gain muscle. If your arms etc have gotten bigger it's likely fat that has been distributed to new areas on account of the T.

I am aware it doesn't cause magical muscle gain.  The majority is water/fat in my body.  However, the upper body is clearly muscle.  I used to work out quite a bit, so this is something I am able to judge.  I have always had a very natural muscular build for a female.  Of course, not every ounce of it is muscle.

The stomach and flanks are fat, yes (maybe some water?).  My face looks bloated, that is what bothers me the most.

Mine started at around 9 months on Testosterone. I'm about 13 months in and it still hasn't gone down.
Hopefully it'll slim down soon since I weigh less than I did at 9 months and it's not just fat.
Check it

I've got a lot of peach fuzz in 1 year but im pretty darn sure it wouldn't round out my whole face. Just hoping it slims down soon :^/
