Squircle, as for your feet, the only thing that I can suggest is weight loss which may reduce their width. You can shape your legs with a combination of aerobic activity(e.g., brisk walking, jogging, bicycling, etc.) and resistance training (e.g., weight training, pilates, yoga, bicycling, etc.) but if you have fatty knees, then diet may not affect them, in which case you might need liposuction.
