Question about nipple size

Is there anyone here that has large nipples (not areolas) and retained their size? My surgeon talked about resizing the areolas but said nothing about the nipples.

I think this will depend on what procedure you get. I was on the bigger side of nipple size and about average in terms of areola, but with the DI and grafts, I honestly can't tell you what's what. I do have a nipple-like protrusion, but what I have now looks nothing like what it did before. Even the coloration is different. So I'm not really sure what you'd end up with.

I'm getting DI with the pedicle technique, but there is a risk of one of my nipples being a graft instead. I wonder whether the outcome would be different with pedicle preservation compared to grafts.

I imagine it would be. Leaving the pedicle attached, I would bet you won't see any significant change to the nipple size itself, only to the areola.
