I work in a warehouse so should I just tell them "hey, I'm taking an anti-androgen so my muscles are disappearing?" today I had to left heavy objects and after 2 weeks or 31 days of you wanna add those other times, I'm already feeling like I'm losing some muscle. so should I just tell them or wait? crazy day I'm having so I'm using the excuse of the brownie I had this morning but its not seemingly work anymore

Between the stress of wanting to tell (and not wanting to tell) and feeling like loss of muscle that must be frightening. It seems like something you might want to research and plan a little if you can take the time. I am pre HRT and have been considering the right route to take at work. However, I don't have the daily physical challenges you must experience.

Sorry I can't really be of help.

I wish you luck in how this plays out.

I'd ask what their policies are or request an employee handbook or something. I don't think it should be a problem for you if you keep working your muscles. Hormones can only do so much, the rest is up to you to maintain strength.

Though grain of salt since I'm trying to build muscle myself without T. It's challenging but I've seen cis women lift stuff that weighs more than I do.

my job doesn't really care as long ad I do the work. I work for goodwill so they can't fire me because I'm transgender. of they do, its lawsuit. I just don't know of its time or if I should tell them before its to late. it'll take more time for my muscles to complete disappear but I'm just not sire of the weight timing
