You're going to lose some lbs with HRT reducing your muscle mass. Just try to be as healthy as you can, and find ways to minimize damage to your liver and heart.
HRT takes a lot of time, although you are starting early. Your hips most likely will stay the same although you'll develop padding over time. Breast-growth can take anywhere from 4-10 years to get to Tanner 4, 5 if you're lucky. With the loss of muscle mass, your joints will likely become less taught, and your shoulders and hips my rotate somewhat to compensate for the redistribution of weight. Skin softening, elevated adipose tissue in your face and thinning of the body hair are all the other things you can look forward to as well.
I started at 29, and HRT has done a lot for me, but I like carbs a lot more than you I'm guessing. I ended up electing to do some FFS, as I didn't start soon enough to avoid some of the masculinization I went through in my 20s. Good luck.

- Katie
