Due to the type of work I do and every once and while actions by the state legislature get found to be against the law and it results in people recieving money as a result of a class action lawsuit. Come to find out I'm one of the ones do to receive as a result of this lawsuit, but the only intriguing thing is even though my work record has been completely update they went back to the physical records to determine who was do money, but took the current address on file without paying attention to the name being any different from before. The end result is the notification came in previous name which can only mean when the check arrives that it will too. I guess we can never fully get away from it.
