Starting July 1st 2015, Nevada state employees and their covered family members will have health coverage for transgender-related procedures and other medical expenses including mental health, hormone replacement therapy, and sex reassignment surgery. This change came last November as a result of Nevada's Public Employee Benefits Program board voting to remove language from their health insurance plans that specifically excluded therapy for gender dysphoria.

Don't know if we've covered this before but if you're looking to transition, working for the State of Nevada is now another option.
