Hopefully someone who has developed a solid voice will reply, unlike me.
Those sentences seem like good for exercise, but they don't allow for the type of expression that someone would produce when speaking dialog.
I like the vocal fry parts and the modulation. I notice that vocal fry is the sound of someone who is experiencing bliss. Someone on morphine does that. Their voice is so relaxed that it creaks. It's also the Jessica Rabbit voice that makes the guy stand there with his mouth gaping, because she is intoxicating him. The way that appears naturally in speech is when someone is expressing something very very pleasant indeed.
I think when it is injected in speech to express coolness (indifference) that it is affected. The snotty girl or drag queen voice (no offense to them).
If you are being sweetness and your voice gets creaky because your are being affectionate and are very very soft, then I think that is good. It's very subtle when I've encountered that.
On the youtubes I watched 3 videos on the candiFLA playlist none of which used the technique of using the lowest falsetto or highest modal. So, to me that means me figuring out how to squeeze my throat might not be of greater importance than other changes.
Above the puberty voice cracking place, is the falsetto register, no matter what someone is doing with their voice. It sounds natural there when it is not noticeable that it is in the falsetto register. In other words, there isn't something to do that makes it not falsetto. The things that we notice that identify it as falsetto are what can change, I think.
If the other aspects of your voice capture people's attention and make your voice be recognized as feminine, it might not matter that one is not squeezing their throat according to some technique.
Or:
Pitch modulation: 7
Timbre modulation: 8
Chest resonance dampening: 3
The overall score is what matters.... (Clearly the girl who wrote those last few lines is a lesbian).
