Hi Michelle, Yes it counts and since you didn't know the rules coming in I'm going to share the same links to them and the FAQ with you. Normally this type of question would be answered by reading those. If somehow it isn't, then feel free to shoot a mod or admin at pm. Now with less you can only get ahold of certain people. New here... why do you have such a rule?  There are people on here that need help and answers.  We are talking about surgeons here and the implications of making a wrong decision is huge...  What possible difference could 15 posts make?
