You might think about estrogen levels high enough...
adding some bioidentical progesterone...
it might help with some antiandrogen effects and balance some effects of estro...
and a very low dose of testosterone.
Testosterone might help with overall drive and orgasmic abilities (if that is desired).
You could ask for topical or pellet implants. They are made by compounding pharmacies and can be orderered international by endos.
All three are widely used to help menopausal women, for example.
If taken orally, micronized bioidentical estro can be taken sublingually which is supposed to be less straining on the liver and less causing clotting factors.
And spreading the dose through the day, for example four small doses instead of one or two big ones, might help with steady levels and mood swings.
One advantage of pellets is a steady release.
Now for levels, important should be how they make you feel. Some endos don't put much emphasis on blood levels.
Something I remember is 50 for testo and 200 for estro (low/medium values for women), but check this with a doctor. Depending on the form of application, injections for example, levels can be much higher. And feminization and feeling is individual.
Here were some pointers concerning orgasmic abilities, if that would be a concern:

is your nutrition healthy? A healthy variety of vegetables and fruits, possibly organic, and only few carbonated / high sugar drinks...
